What is an estimated meter read?
If no actual read, estimates used. Submit meter read + photo every 4–6 months to avoid.
What’s included and excluded in contract rates?
Included: Commodity, transport, levies. Excluded: VAT, CCL, excess capacity charges.
What are the types of business gas meters and how do I read them?
Types: Dial, Digital, Smart. Read left to right, ignore decimals/red digits.
How do I submit a gas meter reading?
Call/email with serial number, read, date, and (preferably) a photo.
